Chicken Hawk Tire Warmers
Chicken Hawk Racing Tire Warmers are made in the USA and are the preferred brand in the AMA Superbike series (used by Yoshimura Suzuki, American Honda, Erion Racing, Michael Jordan Motorsports, M4 Suzuki, Attack Kawasaki etc). The company ONLY makes tire warmers and is very focused on giving the black darlings the treatment they deserve. Each Chicken Hawk Racing warmer has a Nomex liner to provide not only a melt-proof material, but utilizes a Temperature Sensitive dye that changes from black to amber should the warmer heat outside of it’s operating range. This lets the customer be aware of malfunction or improper installation (bunching). All models also use Felted Nomex for proper insulation and a Codura exterior with a urethane backing to handle the rigors of the paddock and provide weather resistance. The heating elements run in a serpentine design up and down the warmer to allow the warmer to make good contact with the surface of the tire. The three models provide various levels of temperature control or adjustability. Single Temperatures units set at 79 C, Three Temp units with a high/med/low switch built right on the warmer to save heat cycles set with 55, 67 and 79C or the Top of Line Digital controlled model which show the tires surface temp and can be set any where up to 100 C. Red Bull US Grand Prix
MotoGP returned to America in a big way in 2005 with the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first Grand Prix in America in a decade was an event to remember, as a sell-out crowd of more than 157,000 fans over three days, including Michael Jordan, Brad Pitt, Matt LeBlanc and Adrien Brody, watched one of People Magazine's "50 Hottest Bachelors" Nicky Hayden capture his maiden victory in dominating fashion over fellow American Colin Edwards and five-time defending series champion Valentino Rossi. In 2006, the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix returns as the 11th of 17 races in 15 countries across the globe. Joining the MotoGP series on race weekend will again be the U.S.-based AMA Superbike, Supersport and Superstock classes. MotoGP is the Formula One of motorcycle racing. Crowds of more than 100,000 gather at stops around the world to witness the most advanced two-wheel machines in the world reach speeds of more than 210 mph. Meanwhile, an average audience of more than 320 million viewers watches each race on televisions all over the globe. As it already nears a sell-out, the 2007 Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix will continue to raise the American public's awareness of motorcycle road racing and the world's awareness of the high level in which America puts on the greatest spectacle in motorsports.
